-For the in-hands the Busts will have the picture of the specific bust you are buying.
-BN means Black Nickel and RC will mean Red Chrome
Our grading:
-Mixed Grade will be considered A/B grade pins. What that means is there will be light surface scratches and other small defects but nothing that would stand out to the naked eye. NO FACIAL FLAWS!! Pins are handmade so they will never be 100% perfect. Purchasing a mixed grade means you are ok with what was stated above.
-Flawed Grade: Will be considered C/D grade pins. They will be good pins but may have heavier surface scratching, possible pin pricks, and maybe slight warping in the enamel. Visually they will still look good but just may have a flaw or two. They may have slight facial flaws but very noticeable facial flaws will NOT BE SOLD! Purchasing a Flawed Grade means you are ok with what was stated above.
-Refunds or if you want to Swap a Pin will be considered by a case to case basis. If you are not happy we will definitely try to accommodate as much as we can.
