Shop Policies

 

We are mixed grader makers. We will ensure the best enamel pins, however they are handmade and will never be 100% perfect. So we won't have pure A grades they will be A/B grades.

We will only refund if it is an issue on our end. Having buyers remorse or filing a chargeback without discussing it with either of us will result in a permablock.
Once your pin says delivered you have a week to contact us will any issues. We are only doing a week so we can plan in hand drops accordingly.

Pre-sales/Preorders will take anywhere from 6-8 months. If you are not willing to wait please wait for in hands.

We have a 30 day Drop + Ship + Ship rule. If caught selling for a high mark up before the 30 days it will result in a permablock as well. A way around this rule is to ask us and we may consider waving it. We would prefer people who want our pins to get them and not just scalpers.
